Shipping Information

All orders are shipped through USPS.

Standard shipping: 2-7 business days estimated delivery once shipped

Processing Time

Our current processing time is 5-7 business days (excluding the day of purchase, weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Address Issues

If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us at Arimegs.Handmade@gmail.com immediately. If your order has not been shipped yet, we can fix it for you. Once it has been shipped out, we, unfortunately, can't make any changes.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us. We can issue you a refund or reship it to you if you are willing to cover the additional shipping cost.

If your shipping address does not exist when we are attempting to ship it out, we will reach out to you for an updated shipping address. The order will be automatically canceled after 48 hours if we do not hear from you.
