Damages and returns
Due to the single-use nature of our products we do not accept returns. For any personal scent or allergy related issues please refer to the ingredients list. Refunds will not be allowed based on personal scent preferences or if allergic to an ingredient. Please ensure the ingredients list has been reviewed for any allergies/sensitivities/concerns. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 2-3 days if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, please include full name, shipping address, order number and a photo of the product and the outside of the package.
Refunds and cancellations
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out to us immediately. We can only cancel orders before they have been shipped out.
If your order was refunded, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
